Our TOTS Tennis Lessons are meant to have fun and focus on the basic fundamentals of hand-eye coordination, racquet handling and agility.
1. Exercise and conditioning using cones and hurdles.
2. Ups and downs using the ball and racquet.
3. Ball bumps and bounce hit.
